Pusser’s Painkiller

This is the drink of choice in the British Virgin Islands – ah, we know it well. There is only one recipe, and it is trademarked by Pusser’s Rum. The only latitude is in the amount of Pusser’s you use – it’s your funeral…

Ingredients

2-4 oz. of Pusser's Rum
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. orange juice
Grated fresh nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix the first four ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake, and pour into a glass.
  3. Top with grated nutmeg.
