The hotter the sun gets, the more you’ll need another one of these.
Per Person
Ingredients
1 lime
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2-3 dashes Maggi sauce
2-3 dashes hot sauce
1 12-oz bottle of Mexican beer
Ice
Instructions
- Squeeze the lime juice into a frosted mug.
- Add the sauces.
- Fill with ice, then pour the beer over slowly, allowing the foam to subside.
My husband says: I like this better with a dark beer, like Modelo Negro. My favorite is León, but it’s harder to find.
