Hurricane

Everyone’s favorite from Pat O’Brien’s, the French Quarter mainstay. When it was a speakeasy, the password was “storm’s brewin’”.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz white rum
1 oz dark rum
½ oz crème de banana
½ oz peach schnapps
2 oz passion fruit juice
2 oz lemonade
1 oz orange juice
Juice of ½ lime
½ tsp grenadine

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients, cover and shake well.
  3. Strain into a hurricane glass, with fresh ice.
