NOLA Law

This issue is entirely a celebration of our niece’s graduation from Tulane law school last month. Congrats JLaw!

You may notice that we’re a tad light in the content department this month, but we’re not apologizing. You see, when one goes to New Orleans (even for only a long weekend) the sheer pace and magnitude of the feasting and imbibing one is forced to perform there makes it – well, shall we say - “difficult” to get one’s right hemisphere firing again. Left one, too, at that.

We’re feeling a little better now, thanks.

Needless to say, the recipes we offer this month don’t even scratch the surface of what the Crescent City has to offer. If you’ve never been, you should try it yourself sometime. We highly recommend the Jazz and Heritage Festival – last weekend in April and first weekend in May. It’s habit-forming; maybe we’ll see you there next year!

My husband says: Congratulations again to JLaw, our family’s newest lawyer! Mega-thanks to all the family that hosted us there, and love to all the family with whom we celebrated – you know who you are.
